Option A ($500 flat fee) is for clients who already know the exact make, model, trim, and color they want. We handle the dealer outreach, negotiation, paperwork, and coordination. Option B ($500 upfront + $500 on delivery) is for clients who need help figuring out which vehicle is right for them. We provide personalized recommendations, comparisons, and test drive coordination — then handle everything in Option A once you've decided. The second $500 is only charged when your vehicle is ready for pickup.
The upfront fee ensures we can dedicate real time and resources to your search from day one. Broker work involves hours of dealer outreach, price research, and negotiation — all before a deal is even signed. The $500 fee keeps our service accessible while ensuring you get a dedicated broker who's fully invested in your purchase.
The $500 fee is non-refundable in all circumstances except one: if CarBrokerCanada is unable to source or secure the requested vehicle, the full amount paid will be refunded. This protects you in the rare case that your specific vehicle cannot be found or the deal cannot be completed through no fault of your own.
If we are unable to source or secure the vehicle you've requested, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid. This is our guarantee — you only pay if we deliver results.
Most Option A deals are completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on vehicle availability and dealer responsiveness. Option B may take a bit longer due to the consultation and recommendation phase. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and always work as quickly as possible without cutting corners.
Yes — but only once, and only to pick up your vehicle. All purchase documents are signed via DocuSign from the comfort of your home. The in-person pickup is required because most major Canadian banks and lenders mandate it for vehicle financing and registration purposes. This is standard practice across the industry, and we'll coordinate everything so it's as smooth as possible.
Yes! While CarBrokerCanada does not provide financing directly, we connect you with trusted Canadian lending partners who offer competitive rates for new and used vehicles. This referral is included as part of our service at no extra charge. Many of our clients have secured better rates through our partners than they were offered by their own banks.
Yes — we work with all major brands and dealerships across Canada. Whether you're looking for a Toyota, BMW, Ford, Tesla, Hyundai, or anything else, we have the relationships and expertise to source it for you at the best possible price.
If you have a vehicle to trade in, just let us know in the form. We'll factor the trade-in into the overall deal negotiation to ensure you get a fair value. We can also advise on whether trading in or selling privately would put more money in your pocket.
